Voro International Media LLC is a video production company in Bozeman, Montana. This page says what happens to the details you leave with us. It is short because what we do is short.

What we collect

• What you type into a form on this site — usually your name, business, email and phone, and whatever you write in the open question.
• If you book a call, the details our scheduling tool needs to put it in both calendars.
• If you message us through the chat on the homepage, what you write and the contact details you give.
• Ordinary technical information your browser sends with any request: page address, referring page, and the campaign tags on the link you arrived through.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to have the call you asked for, and to follow up if we said we would. That is the entire list. We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to anyone outside the services below.

Who else touches it

Your details are stored and sent using a small number of standard business services — hosting, a database, scheduling, live chat, and email delivery. None of them are advertising platforms, and none of them get your details for their own use.

That is the whole list. Nobody else receives your details, and we don't sell, rent, or trade them to anyone. If you want to know exactly which services we use, ask and we'll tell you.

Visit counts — ours, and only ours

This site runs no advertising pixel, no third-party analytics, and no tracking cookies. If you arrived from one of our ads, the ad platform knows you clicked it — that happens on their side, before you get here, and we don't send them anything about you afterwards.

We do keep our own simple count of visits so we can tell which pages help people and which don't: the page you viewed, how long it was open, the site that sent you, your rough location (city, not address), and whether you're on a phone or a computer. Your browser keeps a random ID so a return visit counts as the same person. We never store your IP address, and none of this goes to anyone else. If you send us a message through a form, your earlier visits are linked to it so we know what you'd already read before we reply.

Turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser and none of this is recorded.

The chat on the homepage keeps a small note in your browser so a conversation you start is still there when you come back. It is not used to follow you anywhere else.

How long we keep it

While there is a live conversation, and for as long afterwards as our records and Montana tax rules require. Ask us to delete you and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a record.

Emails

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the foot of it, and using it stops the follow-ups the same day.

Your say

Write to admin@voroint.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or a deletion. There is no form and no process — it is one person reading the email.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
